Pre Sale Questions

Orders placed from a local warehouses being sent to the same county as the warehouse will be shipped within 48 Hours.Items ordered from locations outside the country of the local warehouse will ship within 3-7 days. You can track your order in the “Order Status” section. If you have any queries, feel free to contact our customer service.

Yes, The fees & the duration of the shipment will vary depending upon the method of shipment selected. For more details about shipping, please visit our “Shipping Guide”. If you have any queries, feel free to contact our customer service.
Contact us with your order number and the product code. Explain whether there was a missing manual, or what aspect of the product's function you need help with.
If the order is paid successfully but not shipped, the buyer can cancel the order directly.
we will not charge any fees for account registration and there is no need to bind a bank card before placing an order, also it will not have any impact on the buyer's email account.

Aftersales Questions

Login your account and visit the order detail page; Click" Dispute " and fill in the reason to request a refund;
Please check the manual first and if the issue still exists you can remove the case and try again.
After receiving your refund request, we will start to process it within 5 businiess days and after confirmation, your refund may be completed in 2-20 business days generally. Your payment will be returned to your initial payment method. Note: the detailed refund time may be influenced by your bank company.
Refunds can only be made to the account used for payment. In case of bankruptcy, please contact the card issuer or card company directly.
